INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER:

• Drink & Drive
• Cars cannot be driven in Northern Cyprus (Turkish occupied area)
• Saloon cars cannot be taken off Tarmac roads, so this will restrict guest’s access to the Akamas National Park and beaches such as Lara Bay. To enjoy the full benefit of the area we do recommend 4x4 vehicles. During the winter season the drivers are not allowed to take the 4x4 vehicles over the Akamas area.

DRIVER’S LICENSE AND AGE:

• All drivers must be over 25 years of age and have held a full driving license for at least 4 years.
• Maximum driving age is generally 70 years old, although drivers over this age may still be eligible to hire a car depending on their state of health. If you are over this age please let us know.
• Drivers under 25 years old, but older than 21 years old, with 3 years of driving license can obtain the right to drive at an additional cost of €5.00 per day.
